By downloading, installing, or using the Mana Forge mobile game ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
AV Games Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, cheat, hack, or disrupt the App's services or servers.
Mana Forge offers In-App Purchases (IAP) and VIP subscriptions that provide virtual goods or premium features. All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store. Prices and availability of digital goods are subject to change without notice. All sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
You may be required to create an account to save your progress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. AV Games Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account or from unauthorized access to your device.
The free version of the App is supported by advertisements. By using the App, you agree to the display of these ads. VIP subscribers may be exempt from certain advertisements as detailed in the App's store listing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, policies, or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
